Pets are not permitted on the premises without prior written approval and payment of all applicable pet fees. Residents must comply with all community pet policies. Certain breeds are not permitted due to safety concerns, including but not limited to: Pit Bulls or any mixes thereof, Rottweilers, Dogo Argentinos, Cane Corsos, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Akitas, and German Shepherds. The maximum allowable weight for any pet is 50 pounds.
A non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet will apply. A maximum of two pets per household is permitted. Management reserves the right to deny any pet that is considered a potential safety concern. Verification of breed and weight from a licensed veterinarian may be required, as well as a current photograph of the pet for your resident file.
Prohibited animals also include, but are not limited to: monkeys, snakes, ferrets, rabbits, and pot-bellied pigs. All pets and assistance animals must have current licenses, identification tags, and up-to-date vaccinations.
If you plan to bring a pet into your home, please contact the leasing office beforehand to complete the necessary documentation and pay the required fees.
